On Thursday 10th May 2012, Tennis Auckland hosted the Annual Senior Interclub Prizegiving , Club Awards and Players of the Year for the 2011 – 2012 season. All winning clubs were represented and those in attendance had a great night.
The Junior Boy player of the Year is Cameron Norrie and the Junior Girl Player of the Year is Claudia Williams with Marina Erakovic taking out the Tennis Auckland Player of the Year once again. Marina has a WTA rankiing of 39 and we look forward to following her progress in 2012.
The Junior Interclub Club of the year was shared by West Harbour and Jellicoe Park and the Senior Interclub Club of the year was Sunnyhills.
The "Overall Club of the Year" was Jellicoe Park.

The Jacobs Creek Midweek Ladies Prizegiving was held today at the Scarbro Tennis Centre. A large number of ladies turned out to receive their team prizes for the Lead In and Summer Competitions – The Midweek Ladies CLUB OF THE YEAR for the 2011 – 2012 season was HOWICK TENNIS CLUB.
Nancy Cornish representing Howick receivng the "Rae Reynolds Trophy " for the Midweek Club of the Year from the CEO Robyn Kiddle and Mark Lewis Tennis Auckland Club and School Manager. This is the first time Howick have won this trophy since 1989.
